Located just outside Yountville along the Silverado Trail, Paraduxx is a contemporary winery that actually welcomes dogs throughout the property. The courtyard and vineyard areas are both accessible to you and your dog, which makes it easy to move between shaded spots and open views depending on the weather and your dog’s comfort level.

The winery focuses on Napa Valley blends, and the tasting room has a bright, open feel that doesn’t have that stuffy wine-country vibe. You can taste through their current releases at the bar or grab a glass and head outside to the courtyard, where vineyard views stretch out in front of you. If your dog is good with other dogs and people, the courtyard gets busy on weekends, but there’s enough space that you’re not constantly navigating around other visitors.

The staff doesn’t make a big deal about having a dog with you, which is refreshing. There’s no elaborate dog-specific setup or marketing around it—they simply let you bring your dog and treat it like a normal part of the experience. Water bowls appeared without us asking, and the team was attentive to both us and our dog throughout the visit.

One thing to know: the vineyard strolls are possible but the rows aren’t necessarily designed as walking paths, so it’s more casual wandering than structured trails. The courtyard is really where you’ll spend most of your time, especially if you’re sitting down for a tasting. It’s a solid choice if you’re heading up Highway 29 and want to stop somewhere that doesn’t require leaving your dog in the car or at a hotel. You can visit their website for current tasting fees and wine releases.
